ShoreTel is headquartered in Sunnyvale, in the very heart of Silicon Valley. The offices are home to our Executive, Finance, Human Resources, Product Management, Corporate Marketing, Engineering and Information Technology teams, and also feature a state-of-the-art product demo facility, and an Executive Board Room where our Board of Directors meet. In addition to near-perfect weather, and an unbeatable location where there is always something interesting to do – it’s a short drive to San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and just over three hours to beautiful Lake Tahoe. Employees here enjoy Bagel Fridays, in-house cross-fit, yoga classes, table tennis, and Bocce Ball on our outdoor patio.
Nestled along a scenic road in the Hill Country 15 miles northwest of central Austin, are the offices where employees on our Corporate Sales, Client Services, Accounting, Sales, Education Services, Order Administration and Technical Assistance Center teams work. In addition to Austin's rich – and legendary – cultural, musical and culinary resources, the area offers 300 days a year of sunshine, and plenty of outdoor activities. The facility includes access to an onsite 24 hour gym, and a terrace on the third floor that overlooks classic Hill Country scenery – perfect for taking a mid-day break, or for spotting some deer and enjoying the sunshine.
ShoreTel is excited to have an office in Schlitz Park, the Milwaukee landmark that was once home to “The Beer That Made Milwaukee Famous.” With the best of urban and suburban features combined in a single corporate campus, Schlitz Park transforms the workday in the epicenter of Milwaukee’s ever-evolving downtown landscape. The ShoreTel office is right on the river, so employees can enjoy a walk along the river-walk during lunch. While in the beautiful, open concept office, employees can participate in in-office yoga classes or use one of the 2 Schlitz Park fitness centers. Employees have access to a game room with a pool table, foosball table, and Nintendo Wii – and the team can sometimes be seen blowing off steam by engaging in Nerf gun fights.

In the heart of Manhattan, a stone's throw from Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Penn Station, our employees work on teams including Product Management, Sales, Information Technology, Engineering, Enablement & Learning, as well as Finance and Human Resources. This corner of midtown was once the domain of garment manufacturers, and ShoreTel's offices are housed in what was known as the Bridal Building. Today, the neighborhood is home to an increasing number of tech companies. Beyond the city's unmatched cultural resources and excitement, employees here enjoy the light and space of the newly remodeled, sleek, open-plan offices.
ShoreTel employees work in a converted 19th-century button factory in the heart of Rochester's historic High Falls District. Featuring much of the building's original brick, steel, and wood – and an occasional stray button – the open-plan offices encourage teamwork. Rochester's industrial legacy includes Xerox, Kodak, and Bausch & Lomb, and today the city is a vibrant tech hub, attracting graduates of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and the University of Rochester with its craft breweries, abundant food options, and local annual festivals.
ShoreTel has offices around the globe and a significant presence in Asia Pacific. Our offices in the Asia Pacific region are located in North Sydney, Australia, Canberra, Australia, Bangalore, India and Singapore. The focus of our teams in these areas is sales, engineering, information technology, and business development. We are experiencing rapid growth in all offices as APAC is the largest region for ShoreTel outside of the United States.
The regional offices of EMEA support a community of over 200 channel partners and thousands of end user customers. Our EMEA HQ is located in the heart of the UK’s Silicon Valley, Heathrow. Offices and employees are located in all major European countries and are supported by distribution partners, whom offer sales, technical and logistical support services to our channel. Our own field sales channel teams provide support in building mutual business plans with our partners, and work hand in hand with partners to provide support to close end user projects. The EMEA leadership team’s ethos is work hard play hard, and this is evident in the significant growth the region has enjoyed over the last several years together with the charitable work we’ve done that provides thousands of pounds to those less fortunate.
